After qualifying on Pole for the first race and Third for the second race Paul came away with a Second and a Forth Place to keep his title hopes alive. After a race long battle with Ash Hand in the first race Paul commented “That was a great race with Ash – very hard but very fair. Obviously it let Ashley get clear in front but it’s another strong result for me and very much keeps us right in the mix.”
In the second race Paul was running Third for most of the race but slipped down to Forth near the end.
There is now a long Summer break for the Clio Cup with the Championship not resuming until the Knockhill round on the 22nd August.
